Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the applications and services provided by Bailong (“Bailong”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using a Bailong app, or by signing in with Google, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. The service

Bailong provides a range of consumer applications across web and mobile. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

To use certain features you must create an account by signing in with Google. When you do, we receive and store your Google email address, username, profile photo, and OpenID for identification and account-creation purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your Bailong account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the apps, including by:

• breaking any applicable law or regulation;
• attempting to access other users’ accounts or data;
• interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the service; or
• using the apps to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Bailong and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the apps for their intended purpose.

6. Third-party services

Our apps rely on third-party services, including Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bailong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the apps.

9. Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account by contacting us at hello@bailong.fyi.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Bailong’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
