Bailong (“Bailong”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds and operates a family of applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you sign in to a Bailong app using Google, how we use it, where it is stored, and the choices you have. By using a Bailong app and signing in with Google, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Signing in with Google

Our apps use Google Sign-In (Google OAuth) to create and secure your account. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us. We collect and store the following:

• Email address — to identify your account and contact you about it.
• Username (your Google display name) — to personalize your account and show who you are in the app.
• Profile photo — to display your account picture within the app.
• OpenID (a unique Google account identifier) — to reliably identify your account across sign-ins.

We collect this information solely for identification and account-creation purposes.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your Google password — authentication is handled entirely by Google. We only request the basic profile and OpenID information described above.

Where your data is stored

Your account information is stored on servers hosted in a data center located in the United States.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• create and maintain your account;
• identify and authenticate you when you sign in;
• display your name and photo within the app; and
• communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• with Google, as part of the sign-in process;
• with service providers who help us operate our apps and are bound to protect your data; or
• where required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Bailong’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@bailong.fyi. You can also revoke Bailong’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
